“FaceFit Canada ” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased products from FaceFit Canada and the product you’ve received is defective, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement
Refunds of Defective Goods:
To be eligible for refund, the following steps must be taken:
- Defective goods should be reported to FaceFit Canada within 7 days of receiving package. Contact us at support@facefitcanada.ca.
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Request for returns or exchanges:
To be eligible for an item exchange, the following steps must be taken:
- Requests should be sent to FaceFit Canada within 7 days of receiving package. Contact us at support@facefitcanada.ca.
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in FaceFit Canada Canada sole, reasonable discretion.
- Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and any applicable customs fees.
Non-returnable Items:
